The good news is, I'm taking a week off (beginning Friday) to dog sit for my brother-in-law while several family members go on an Alaskan cruise. I'd much prefer the cruise but ah well. They have 7 (SEVEN) dogs, 6 of which are Corgis, and one a Jack Russell. (at least they have a big yard!) We plan to bring our Corgi with us so he can visit his 'family'. Yeah, we're a little nuts about our puppies! <br />At any rate, I'm taking my laptop and will be able to devote a ton of time on homework (uh - in between feeding the dogs, walking the dogs, etc.) I'm hoping I'll feel much better about everything by this time next week.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3596941034264928471-8537132358588651218?l=amyrvs.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Bettynoreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3596941034264928471.post-72543175776453197932008-08-11T05:43:00.000-07:002008-08-11T05:53:37.894-07:00So - what have I learned this week?? <br />I work in an Information Services shop and I've learned to not believe the vendor when they tell you that there are very little changes to a computer application. I completed an upgrade last week and it was pretty much a fiasco. <grrr><br />Ok, I've finished whining now.<br />We're getting ready to move my daughter back to college (SIUE) and prepare our other daughter for community college (LCCC) in Godfrey. Of course, I'm trying to prepare myself, as well, for college.
